What happens at my first treatment?

Your treatment will be explained in detail when I meet you for the first time and your medical history along with lifestyle information taken. You will be asked to remove just your shoes and socks, sit back into the reflexology chair and relax for the duration of your treatment.

How will I feel after the treatment?

Everyone responds differently, but most people feel relaxed and rested with an overall sense of wellbeing. Occasionally some may report an increase in the need to use the bathroom and some may experience a slight headache following a treatment. These responses are nothing to worry about and more to do with the body responding to the start of a welcomed detoxification process. As the treatment plan progresses, most feel revitalised and refreshed. You will be offered a small bottle of water at the end of your treatment and it is advisable to drink this.

How many treatments will I need?

This will very much depend on your specific health needs and your desired outcome. It is however not realistic to expect problems that have been present and developing over a long period of time to be solved with one treatment. The length of treatments advisable will be discussed at the end of the first treatment but please be assured that there is never any pressure to re book. You can return as and when you wish or take advantage of the Restoration package.

Will I be given any aftercare advice and support?

Yes you will. All my clients receive support and guidance after their treatment and information regarding diet, relaxation methods, self-help reflexology and any other information I feel would be beneficial to them.

Are there any conditions which dictate that treatment is not recommended?

This very much depends on your medical history, but if you have any presenting health concerns, it would be beneficial to contact me prior to your first treatment and we can discuss the options available.

Where is you treatment room?

I work from my home in central Lincoln in an extremely warm and comfortable environment.

Is there parking available?

There is free on street parking available in a residential area. You will be handed a visitors pass to display on your windscreen upon arrival which will need to be returned at the end of the session.

What do I do if I need to cancel my appointment?

If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason I would ask that you give me 24 hours notice where possible.

How do I pay for my treatments?

Payments are accepted in either cash or by bank transfer. If you choose to pay by bank transfer then I would ask that payment is made at the time of booking your appointment.
